TM811-WCC6 How do I wire these, I have one main feed coming in and two of these switches that I am hooking up in one junction box.

I have no park lights or dash lights head lights work and turn signals work

1. Check the Violet/White (VT/WH) wire of the headlight switch for hot-at-all-times power from fuse #20 (15 amp) of the Battery Junction Box (BJB). Also check the switch itself for power feeding park lights coming out of the switch.

2. Check the #20 fuse holder for a missing, blown, or poorly connected fuse.

3. If the fuse is OK, inspect the wiring harness on the driver side front corner where the main loom wraps from the BJB to the inner fender for corroded or broken wires

How does the P C M affect the theft system problem DTC

The PCM or VCM controls everything in one way or another .
However it is feed from the battery voltage main connection witch is at a junction box under the hood .The power from the battery hooks to a bar in the center and then gose to everything else from their .
So in a nut shell it efficts every system in the vehicle the same .so make sure of the main connections first our you will never be able to track systems down.

With a test lamp, have you got power on the fuses and then have you got power to the brake lamp cluster or brake switch?

Hooked the battery up backwards

There is a big fuse in the battery junction box (the fuse box under the hood) that is labeled BATT or ALT or MAIN. It'll be a large fuse 60-100 amps. It is likely bolted to the wires so you'll have to open the little access doors on the side of the fuse box to remove the bolts. Be sure you do this with the battery un-hooked.

Why does my truck keep blowing a fusible link

The Fuse Link That You Are Writing About Should Be Black, Going To A Red Wire. It Is On Junction Block, Not On Battery. It Feeds The Fuse Panel And The Ignition Switch. Junction Blocks Had Problems ie: Dirty and/or Loose Connections On Links.
Suggest you clean ENTIRE junction block and connections, and make sure all are SNUG--Don't Overtighten. If any won't tighten Junction Block has to be replaced. If further help needed, I have complete Wiring Diagram.

05 Ford Escape wont shift out of park. Brake light works and shift lock solenoid releases when 12v is applied to the coil at the connector. Red wire has 2v at all times and increases to 4v when key is...

You may need a shop manual for this.
There is a smart junction box that contains some mini-relays that controls the shift lock solenoid.
The junction box is controlled by the engine and body computers.
That red wire comes from the junction box.

Door locks do not work

Do they not work from and switch? First, check fuse 5 (30a) which is hot at all times. Then, make sure the drivers door lock has voltage to the black.white wire, if not there is a bad connection between the fuse and black/white wire (the same wire feeds switches on both sides, so find the junction and check from there back to the fuse box). Then check to make sure the other four wires register ground. If the black wires do not, run a new ground to those two wires. If the pink/lt grn-pink/yellow switches do not replace the switch. If you find voltage and ground to the other four wires move to the passenger door switch. both pink/black and pink/orange wires should register ground, and the blk/wht should register voltage. Hold the swirch in one position, one of the ground wires should now register voltage. When the switch is pressed the opposite direction, the voltage should reverse. If you register ground on both sides and voltage but it fails when pressing the switch, replace the switch. If it tests ok, the pink/black=pink/orange wires that feed the locks are losing connection between the locks and switch. You then have to move to the lock closest to you and see which wire does not register. The wires from the passenger switch yo the wire that feeds the locks or the junction where the two meet are bad.

Power windows went out

The power window system operates under the control of the accessory delay relay. For early build vehicles, the GEM will energize the relay to provide power to the power window system. For late build vehicles, the ICM(instrument cluster module) will energize the relay to provide power to the power window system.

Now it does not state the build date cut off in shop manual. So if it is an early build Fuse No.6(60amp) in Battery junction box feeds a circuit breaker that mounts under the hood on the fender apron at the firewall on driver's side(wire colors will be BK/WH and YE/LG).Then it feeds the switch side of the accessory delay relay in the Central junction box. Fuse 17(15amp) in the central junction box feeds the switch side of this relay.

The late build system is the same except instead of the circuit breaker on the left fender apron it uses fuse no. 47(30amp) in the battery junction box.

Now you can go to this website and pick owner guide on left task bar,input your vehicle info and pick get owner guide. Then pick the 6th owner guide printing and go to page 210 for the accessory delay relay location. You will see all the fuse information starts on page 207 thur 216.

Power windows do not work

Check fuse 401 in the central junction box (Instrument panel fuse box) 30 amp.
You didn't say if it was a regular cab or super cab but wire colors to the front are the same so make sure u have power to LB/BK this is the feed from fuse 401.
The drivers side window the 2 feeds are TN/LB and WH/BK. when pressing down one will have power the other will be ground,they will switch when you press window switch to up.
You will have 2 TN/LB on the master switch one for LF(pin 6) other for RF (pin 7). The other feed for from master switch to RF is WH/YE.
