This is a computerized traction control system that monitors the wheel spin and makes split second adjustments... if the light is on, Ford recommends servicing the system. I'd check with a local non-dealer mechanic that may be able to help you out cheaper than a dealer first.

First off,is the ac compressor turning? If so are the large line, near where you put freon in,cold? If the low side lines(large lines)are cold and sweating, and the evaporator box is dripping water on the ground, then the ac is most likely fine. There is a temp door in the ac blower box, that moves for hot,or cold when you select these comfort levels. This door is most likely controlled by a actuator motor. This motor is most likely bad.If it is control by vacuum, look for a broken vacuum hose,or one that has come loose under hood.

You need to have the transmission serviced. The wrench indicates that the fluid in your transmission is out of spec or you have an out of spec pressure condition.

If you have CVT transmission owner's manual suggests replacing transmission fluid @ 60,000 miles. Only fluid in transmission and not torque converter should be replaced and the cost for this at ford dealer is around $250.00. Fluid for this type of transmission is expensive and made exclusively by ford, so going to a transmission shop other than dealer is not an option. That being said I highly recommend it as my transmission performance definitely improved.
