you will need to check to make sure no coins fell into the track and is jammed it if not you will need to replace the bottom frame of the seat possible with a junk yard one much cheaper than buying new and junkyard frames come complete.

Check your fuses, if all are operational make sure they a seated properly. We have this type of problem, but live on a dirt road and the vibrations sometimes unseat the fuses. An easy way to check is to see if these problems go away if; when the car is running you give the fuse panel, under the glove box, a solid whack with your open hand. This is a temporary fix we utilize three of four times a year.

SOURCE: front seats are powered yet will not move

When you move the switch for the backrest, listen for a motor noise. If you can here the motor running, the most common problem is the cable from the motor to the gear set that moves the seat back. To replace this cable you will have to remove some of the upholstery to gain access.

Left headlight

If the other head light works ,it won't be a fuse

Check every fuse in the car, won't take long &
the fuses will protect a complete circuit, not just
a couple head lights.

The light switch has a circuit breaker not a fuse.

Have you removed & tested the lamp it'self

No owners manual? Need that for fuses & bulbs/lamps

I have a 2001 Chevy Express 3500 passenger van. Where is the best location to tie into the wiring harness for traile lights?

Hi, the harness is inside these vans, if you lower the trim panel, at the back of the headliner, you will see the rear light harness. You can pick up the wires here, and then run them down through the floor, to your plug. Good luck...Coop

Trying to replace the tail lamps on a 2001 Dodge Ram Van 1500 (third tail lamp that is above the back doors). Unscrewed the 2 screws & the plastic housing has the 2 bulbs that I need to replace, but...

Have you checked under your headliner inside the cab? Most of the wiring for the 3rd brakelight is ran under the headliner. There should be a connection you can disconnect and remove the light to replace the bulbs.
