SOURCE: 2001 Oldsmobile Aurora

A common cause for the heated seats to not work is a burned heater element. There is an element under the seat cushion cover, and one under the seatback cover. If either has failed, both will not work.

SOURCE: How do you change the brakelight on a 2001

pop the trunk and you should see two screws along the rear taillight assembly. remove the screws and the taillight assembly should pop out. you can then twist the bulb and pop it out along with the harness, put the new bulb in and reverse.

If it's your 3rd brake light, the bolts holding it in against the rear window will be found inside your trunk along the top side of your trunk (get in and look up)

SOURCE: need radio unlock code 99 olds aurora

They are all random codes that are stored in the radio. The radio can lock it's self with possible 10.000 differant codes. You will need to take it to the dealer to have them use the gm scaner to retreive the code that is in the radio then they call the gm headquarters and those egg heads give an unlock code for the car. All of the make since?

ABS pump and relay

First of all, make sure that your brake fluid level is correct. The brake, traction, and ABS systems on these cars all work together and if one thing goes wrong in any one part of the system, all of those lights will come on at the same time. Check your brake fluid level and be sure to use the correct DOT 3 brake fluid. DO NOT SUBSTITUTE with any other fluid. Let me know if your brake fluid level is ok and we'll go from there.

I have a problem with my abs and trac off light being on all the time

Those are indicators of problems in the ABS and Transmission systems. In many cases the problem in the Transmission will cause the ABS to come on but if you have a caliper sticking it will give you traction control problems. The TCM light is the traction control system and that light will come on if the TCM is turned off so check for that and check you calipers and fluid level in the braking system. If the braking system is good then the problem is going to be the transmission and you will need to have a shop look at that.

2001 Auroa Abs,Track off, Brake Light stays on.Also Service StabilitySystem on.

More than likely this is an issue with one or more of the Wheel Speed Sensors or wiring. Easiest way to to get an ODB-II scanner that will show ABS codes. This will tell you which sensors are not reporting or what the problem is.
On my cars I have a lot of miles and some of the sensors have gone bad. But I have also had bad wiring - especially down by the wheel where the road water and salt corrode the connections.

Service stability system appearing on display. What does this mean and what needs to be done?

Usually you will see this in combination with ABS and/or TRAC OFF lights. Scanning the ABS codes will tell you where to look next. The most likely causes are Wheel Speed Sensors not reporting properly (check wiring as this is a common problem) or the Steering Wheel Position Sensor (another common problem).

Auto seat belt light comes on

There is a wire that connects to the seat belt on the latch side. Check to make sure it is securely connected. This will cause the light to stay on.

Stabilizer system

If you have a problem in this system, the computer will need to be scanned for codes. Common failures are a problem in the ABS system, or a steering wheel position sensor, or yaw rate sensor.
