Why is there water coming out the throttle body on my 1999 oldsmobile 88 3.8litre

Hi Henry, Im AL the owner of Big As Auto Repair.

Henry, anytime there is water coming from the throttle body, it could be a cracked head, blown head gasket OR the intake manifold gasket is blown at one of the water ports on the manifold. Hope this helps and please visit my auto-repair-website at:

A/c relay

It should be the one closest to the passenger side after the fuel pump relay. I think the fuel pump relay is first.
The wires are dark green, green white, pink black, and red.
Dark green and white comes from the pressure switch and green goes to the clutch.

Odds are the engine will not start if the timing chain is not in line with the gears. Usually if the chain gets loose it will either come off one of the gears or be so far off the engine will not start.
About the only way for you to have air in the injector rail is if you take the fuel filter off and then put it back. The air bubble would be pumped thru the injectors and you would then have fuel again. Its more or less a closed system to the pump in the tank.

Fuel pump location

It is an electric fuel pump located in the fuel tank. The tank will need to be removed in order to service the pump. There are a e older bricks/olds that have an access in the trunk but I don't believe yours is one of them.

The fuel filter is right in front of the rear tire on the passenger side. You can easily change it with just two wrenches.
