No their isnt a seperate fuse i would suspect that you have a faulty bulb holder try testing it with a meter to see it works using a seperate earth wire back to the battery in case its a faulty earth connection

SOURCE: My nissan micra 2003, malfunction indicator light

OH YES !!!! u have to get ur car computer scanned right away. Theres surely a problem on the way, and before it gets worse, get it scanned and u will easily get to know what needs to be changed. So instead of changing 3-4 things when its gets worse, its better to change only the thing which is required right now.

DO IT RIGHT AWAY !!!

disconnect connector and see if you have power when you hit the brake pedal if not you will need to trace it back until you find the power. Most likely a fuse

This sounds like the reverse switch has gone bad. The switch is located on the side of your transmission and will have 3 wires sticking out of it

Can i replace a 40 amp fuse with a 45 amp fuse in a nissan micra

No its never better to use a higher amp fuse because the system was designed to use a 40 amp fues.If you put a 45 in it, It will subject the system to 45 amps which it was'nt made for.

My brake lights are not working. Bulbs look good, and it doesn't seem right that they would both fail. Fuse is good, and I checked voltage at the fuse box and get about 9.3 volts DC when I press down...

When the brake light is illuminated on the dash, it may not be because the hand brake is engaged. It can also mean that your breaking system is in distress. it is possible that you have a short somewhere between the fuse panel & light assembly or it is possible that the sensor for your rear brakes has malfunctioned. I apologize that I am not as knowledgeable on Nissan products, however I had a similar situation with a Dodge Durango, only to discover that the rear brakes were not functioning. I hope this helps =)

I have a 2006 dodge ram 1500, my right front blinker does not flash, the back right flashes really fast. I checked the front right bulb and it is not burnt out and I cant find a fuse or relay to check.

The fuse for the turn signals is located in the interior fuse panel, usually located under the dash on the drivers side although it may be behind a panel on the side of the dash on the drivers side that you can access when the door is open. The flasher relay is located on or near that fuse panel as well. There is only 1 fuse for the turn signals so if you have some of them but not all of them it's not the fuse. It may still be the relay but I doubt it. That bulb may not look burned but it most likely is. that fast blinking on the right rear is an indicator that the front bulb is burned or not functioning. It is an indicator dodge built into there lighting systems. Replace the bulb, if that doesn't resolve the problem start check the wiring and look for a grounded wire.

you will find another fuse block under hood near windshield washer fill neck.remove the cover and it will show the location of headlamp fuses.most likely is a blown fuse.

Lincoln ls back brake lights dont work

If you have the owners manual for this car look in the index for fuses. This will give you specific location of which fuse protects the brake light. Fuse block is typically located under the drivers side dash, near the floor. Have you changed the bulbs?
