Look for indicator lights in the dash. Common light is the SECURITY light. Tricky and touchy system that could cause truck not to start. If you see this light, go to this link for help.

Whole in oil pan how do i fix

Rather than buying new oil pan, if you drain oil, remove oil pan, take it to local welding shop they can most likely weld/patch it. They can not weld it if not taken off ( fire problem) but personally what I would do is search junk yards or you pull it and replace whole oil pan, might be more effective and cheaper in the long run.

Broken yoke can this be replaced or must you buy a new driveline

You could have a new yoke welded on. Then you would have to have the driveline balanced. It would probably be just as cost effective to purchase a new one.

sounds like it is incorrect flex plate
for bolts to keep coming loose i wouldsay the bolt threads in end of crank have been streched thru over tightening
you may be able to redrill and tap these
to do this you will have to pull engine
you alsocannot weld craCKS IN A FLEX PLATE
FLEX PLATES flex THEREFORE WELDING IS A WASTE OF TIME
WELDING WILL ALSO PUT FLEX PLATE OUT OF BALANCE WHICH AGIAN WILL CAUSE CRACKS AND PROBABLY WAS THE ORIGINAL PROBLEM TO START WITH

91 is not that old studs probably wont break -but if large crack would have to take off to weld cast and if off might as well change it if small crack friends and i have fixed using j-b weld but u have to take a small drill bit 1/16 or smaller and at each end of crack drill hole so crack wont expand any further wire brush area clean and try the cold weld let set for a couple of days.crack wont affect compression

2004 ford windstar not starting after some welding work when the battery was disconnected

first off why were you welding on this vehicle. Check your conections make sure they are tight on the battery if not there is your problem. if that dosnt fix it try jump starting it. if you are not getting any luck than you need to check your fueses probally the fuse that says ECU. sometimes these will pop when you are messing with the battery and there is a surge. Also if you were welding anywhere close to any wires check the wires to see if they were effected in any way. If you need futher help you can e-mail me at coopscuztoms@gmail.com
