I would take it in and have the ignition switch checked out, it sounds to me it is getting worn out.
if you have a large key chain reduce the amount of weight that will help reduce the stress on the internals of the switch,
when the switch starts to wear it causes intermediate connecting of the, acc. (windows, fuel pump, wipers etc.) and eng.(engine run, stop)

Check the connections and wirings to blades and ECM, if wirings are ok, then is the control module defective.

That is probably a wiring problem, it may be a lose main connector, that have contacts only some times, and that energizes both electric windows and wiping blades.

Check also the fuses in the fuse box, a bad fuse can make contact only sometimes.

You need to inspect wirings with a car tester, starting from fuse box toward electric windows motor, and wiper blades motor, and then starting from instruments/switch toward fuse box, or toward ECM (car computer).

That is aprobably a bad connector, or a bad wire that lose connection because of car vibration. The car has several main connectors, that give powers to more than one device, if one of those contacts is lose or fault , you get that problems.

Also the problem of car losing power altogether can be related.

Check the main connection to the battery, if that is the problem car will just cut down power altogether.
If it is not the main conn. , then you can buy a car tester like this: Actron CP7848 Pocket Electrical...
and test the wiring following the wiring diagrams on the Haynes or Chilton manual for your car.

If you are not a tech , then it is better having the job done at a garage. In this case ask a thorough checkup of your wiring.
