Anti freeze in the oil usually indicates a bad head gasket. I'm not sure what you mean by fuel shut off valve?

SOURCE: oil light is on

Oil pressure and oil level are 2 different things, is this the oil pressure warning light that comes on? If so then the oil pressure sensor may be bad if there is no engine noise. I would have the oil press checked with a mechanical guage though just to be safe, engines cost big $$$$

5.9 2005 Dodge cummins diesel - smokes - cold or warm. Any suggestions on where to begin??

What color smoke? Blue means you are burning oil, possibly worn rings or valve seals. Gray is excessive fuel from worn injectors. White is antifreeze usually means headgasket.

Why change the injector?

It failed to work completely?

It leaks down when engine is off?

Drain plug for transmission on a 4 cyl dodge stratus automatic 2001

I do not have a Dodge Stratus, however, I have owned more than 20 vehicles. None of them had a drain plug for the transmission. The reason for this is transmission oil is normally good for many many miles. When it is time to change it, the manufacturer wants you to remove the oil pan, clean it, change the filter and adjust the bands as may be necessary. No oil plug means you have to remove the pan + there is never a leak as a result of no plug.

2004 dodge stratus got water or antifreeze in the oil

oooh, that's not good my friend. When you get antifreeze in the oil, it usually means you have a bad head gasket. It can also occur if you have a crack in the block between a water jacket and a cylinder. 90% of the time, it's a head gasket. This is a replaceable item, but it's labor intensive and generally pretty expensive. Let me know if you are going to try it yourself, and i will try to find you some guidance. Hope this helps, good luck.

Is the timing belt broken?

Do you have spark?

Do you have fuel pressure?

Start with the basics. If you have fuel pressure and no spark it could be a crank sensor. If you have spark and fuel pressure maybe a crank sensor. If you have spark and no fuel pressure maybe a fuel pump. If you have fuel pressure and no spark you could also have a broken timing belt which will also make the engine sound like it is turning over faster than normal.
