When you experience this problem, check to see if your brake lights are coming on. It could be as simple as a brake light switch malfunction. If the brake lights are functioning as the problem is occurring then you could for example have a problem with the shift interlock solenoid.

Look in the oulet air cleaner tube, it's hold by 4 nuts.

This is what the water pump looks like. Your fan is attached to it. So it goes fan, water pump, then engine block. Good Luck
