Question about 1992 Honda Accord
Does the idle go up and down?
if so check the coolant level. Early hondas used coolant to control the idle. if the coolant is low its the first thing that starts to go haywire.
if thats not it describe your symptom with a little more detail and i'll see what I can do to help.

it will do that, it is normal,
should go between about 600 and 1500 rpm...
----------- thats just a normal warm up cycle, it will change the engine speed and mixture as combustion gets better with the heat.
