I don't believe you have one. If it isn't on the fuel rail, I did look at your fuel rail in database, didn't see schrader valve. On these vehicles you tee into the supply line to check fuel pressure. You need fuel gage and proper fittings. Don't take a fuel line loose unless your sure no pressure on the system.
Does the Vehicle start an run ? What engine does it have ? 4.0 or 4.6 L You vehicle has electronic returnless fuel system , Fuel rail pressure sensor , FPDM - fuel pump driver module . The fuel pump driver module controls the fuel by pulse width modulation
Pulsewidthmodulation (PWM) is a powerful technique for controlling analog circuits with a processor's digital outputs. PWM is employed in a wide variety of applications, ranging from measurement and communications to power control and conversion. The PCM - engine computer uses the fuel rail pressure sensor input to send commands to the FPDM .

P0193 - Fuel Rail Pressure (FRP) Sensor Circuit High Input
Description:
The comprehensive component monitor (CCM) monitors the FRP sensor circuit to the powertrain control module (PCM) for high voltage. If voltage exceeds a calibrated limit for a calibrated amount of time during testing, the test fails.
Possible Causes:
FRP signal shorted to VREF or VPWR.
FRP signal open.
Damaged FRP sensor.
Diagnostic Aids:
An FRP signal high condition can be caused by any number of conditions, including a short on FRP signal to VREF, a more positive voltage level, an open FRP signal or signal return. The FRP signal line is pulled up by the PCM and VREF at the sensor, and down by the sensor through SIGRTN.

The regulator is attached to the fuel rail, under the fuel rail cover. Here is a drawing... it is item #4. The drawing is an exploded view - follow the trace-line from the part to the rail cross-over and you see where it connects. Here is the R/R procedure from AUTOZONE....
Disconnect the negative battery cable.
Relieve the fuel system pressure.
Remove the fuel rail cover.
Remove the fuel rail.
Remove the fuel tube bracket attaching screw, then remove the bracket.
Unfasten the pressure regulator attaching screw and separate the regulator from the fuel rail assembly.
Remove the fuel outlet tube retaining clip, then remove the tube from the pressure regulator.
Remove the pressure regulator inlet and fuel outlet tube O-rings, then discard.
Inspect the filter screen for contamination. If contaminated, replace it with a new one.
To install:
Lubricate the new pressure regulator inlet and outlet tube O-rings with clean engine oil and install.
Install the fuel outlet tube into the regulator and install the retaining clip.
Push the pressure regulator into the fuel rail and install the retaining screw. Tighten the screw to 89 inch lbs. (10 Nm).
Install the fuel tube bracket and retaining screw. Tighten the screw to 44 inch lbs. (5 Nm).
Install the fuel rail assembly.
Connect the negative battery cable.
With the engine off, turn the ignition switch to the ON position for 2 seconds, then turn it to the OFF position for 10 seconds. Again turn it to the ON position and check for fuel leaks.
In your case the pressure sensor is faulty and needs to be replaced.
1) Stores pressurized fuel (25 to 180 MPa) that has been delivered from the supply pump and distributes the fuel to each cylinder injector.
A rail pressure sensor and a pressure limiter valve are adopted in the rail.
2) The rail pressure sensor (Pc sensor) detects fuel pressure in the rail and sends a signal to the engine ECU, and the pressure limiter
controls the excess pressure. This ensures optimum combustion and reduces combustion noise.----
Rail
• The rail is mounted between the supply pump and the injector, and stores the high-pressure fuel.
---------
Injector:--------
• This injector replaces the conventional injection nozzle, and achieves optimal injection by effecting control in accordance with signals
from the engine ECU. Signals from the engine ECU determine the duration and timing in which current is applied the injector. This
in turn, determines the quantity, rate and timing of the fuel that is injected from the injector.
------------
Rail Pressure Sensor (Pc Sensor)
1) The pressure sensor detects the fuel pressure of the rail, and sends a signal to the engine ECU. The sensor is made from a semiconductor that uses the Piezo resistive effect to detect changes in electrical resistance based on the pressure applied to the elemental silicon. In comparison to the old model, this sensor is compatible with high pressure.

FIRST NEED TO RELIEF FUEL PRESSURE REMOVE GAS CAP RELIEF GAS PRESSURE IN FUEL TANK.THEN REMOVE FUEL PUMP RELAY THEN START ENGINE UNTIL IT DIES LACK OF FUEL,CRANK ENGINE OVER FEW MORE TIMES MAKE SURE FUEL OUT OF FUEL LINES. THEN YOU NEED TO REMOVE AIR CLEANER CROSS OVER TUBE ABOVE FUEL RAILS. DISCONNECT LINES AT THE ENDS OF THE FUELS RAILS ASSEMBLY. MARK AND DISCONNECT THE FUEL INJECTOR WIRE HARNESS CONNECTORS. REMOVE THE FUEL RAIL RETAINING BOLTS, DISCONNECT THE VACUUM LINE FROM THE FUEL PRESSURE REGULATOR. REMOVE THE FUEL RAIL ASSEMBLY FROM THE ENGINE. IF YOU HAVE AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION REMOVE THE THROTTLE PRESSURE CABLE AND BRACKET TO REMOVE THE FUEL RAIL ASSEMBLY.TO REMOVE FUEL INJECTORS JUST REMOVE CLIPS THAT RETAIN FUEL INJECTORS IN FUEL RAIL. BESURE GO TO DEALERSHIP BUY NEW FUEL INJECTORS O - RINGS.APPLY A SMALL AMOUNT OF ENGINE OIL TO THE O - RINGS TO AID IN INSTALLATION. TORQUE FUEL RAIL BOLTS TO 100 INCH LBS.
Replacing the fuel pressure regulator, involves just replacing the regulator at the end of the fuel rail in the engine compartment, but fuel pressure sensor - does this mini-van have a fuel pressure sensor? replacing the fuel pressure regulator: (1) locate it at the end of the fuel rail in the engine compartment, (2) relieve fuel system pressure (3) disconnect fuel pressure regulator vacuum line. (4) remove fuel pressure regulator retaining screw (retain for re-use (5) using a shop towel to catch spilled fuel, lift & twist Fuel pressure regulator to remove it from the fuel rail. (6) remove/discard retainer and spacer bracket from the fuel rail. (7) remove fuel pressure regulator from the engine fuel return pipe. (8) remove/discard Fuel Pressure Regulator inlet O-ring (9) Check Fuel Pressure Regulator filter screen for contamination - if contaminated, replace Fuel Pressure Regulator. (10) Lubricate new Fuel Pressure Regulator inlet O-ring with clean engine oil & install onto the Fuel Pressure Regulator inlet. (11) Install the fuel return pipe onto the Fuel Pressure regulator (12) Install new retainer & spacer bracket into the slot on the fuel rail. (13) Install Fuel Pressure Regulator onto Fuel Rail & tighten Engine Fuel Return Pipe nut to 13 ft-lbs (17 Nm). (14) connect Fuel Pressure Regulator vacuum line, (15) Install Fuel Pressure Regulator attachng screw & tighten to 76 in-lbs (8.5 Nm). (16) Inspect & verify that retainer & spacer bracket is engaged in the slots on the fuel rail. Grasp & pull on the Fuel Pressure Regulator. to ensure that the Fuel Pressure Regulator is properly seated. (17) inspect for fuel leaks with this procedure: On 2sec,(holy rollers), off 10sec will be left on, inspect for leaks while running.
