why are you trying to pull the ( wheel ) . If you need to replace the 2 broken lugs then all you need to do id hammer them back thru the ( wheel ) and go get 2 new ones that match those broken ones and hammer them back in from the back side of the ( wheel )

I have a 2003 GMC Envoy XL when I start the car it makes a ticking noise for about a minute or 2 - coming from rear wheel well then the noise just stops

That is one of the mode control actuators in the rear HVAC unit, it is trying to move the mode door but is meeting resistance. You can access that area by removing several screws and removing the panel.

Rear wheel will not come off after removing lugs

Hi, Wheel maybe rusted on. Take a hammer and carefully hit wheel to dislodge it. Do not hit studs.

I cannot get the rear disc off.I took the wheel off and caliber then tried to losen with penetrating oil and banging it with hammer. no luck. am i doing something wrong?

try this: spin 2 lug nuts on partially(so you dont damage threads on stud) then hit the flat part next to the lug studs... get mean with it... sometimes you just have to destroy them to get them off, rear rotors are fairly inexpensive.

Cant remove front rotor on a 1999 gmc saffari already removed the brake caliper

Give it a good hard hammer with a 5 pound hammer. If your planing to use it again, use and plastic hammer or put wood against the Rotor where your going to Hit it.
The rotor is held on by rust to the hub assembly
Good luck and wear ear plugs, kinda hurts the ears. LOL

I have a 1998 GMC Yukon 4WD. I cant get the rear drum off.

I'm assuming you can't get the rear wheel off. As a previous roadside assistance tech the cause of this is most likely that your 4 wheel drive is on. You have to turn it off to take the wheel off. If it is turned off, then it is sheer force. Keep using a rubber mallet, and lots f leverage as it is rusted on there.
I assume your 4x4 is on though. Good luck.
