Check your radiator if loosing much coolant. if so,you have loose or damage connector(s) from by-pass hose of the cooling system.
and notice your engine temperature is beyond normal.

SOURCE: floor board on passenger side

your a/c drain tube that usually dumps this water outside of the car has become obstructed. find the hose on the fire wall or under the passenger floor board. when you raise up the passenger side of the car, you can usually see where this hose is. a long flexible pipe cleaner( like one from a gun cleaning kit) will usually do the trick.

My 2000 ford crown Victoria. Have water on the rear passenger side floor. What could be the problem

Hey Grady..
There are few things that could cause the water intrusion... Is the carpet in the front floorboard wet?.. ..Has it rained recently? This will rule out window seals leaking? Have you opened the trunk and checked to see if water is in the trunk? OK..IF it has not rained, no water in the trunk, AND the front floorboards are wet, then the heater core is leaking...

Grady.. sounds like its either the window seals or the door seals.. check for damaged door seals, cracked window seals..

Where is the a/c drain hose located on ford expedition 2000?

Usually it is a small plastic tube that sticks out of the firewall on the passenger side near the floor.

Front right floor always wet

Ac condensation could be building up and dripping in cab.If so under car on passenger side were floor board meets firewall should be a small hose or maybe even just a hole where water to drip. First i use like a coat hanger to clean out.

Test heater core

Robert,
Using a cooling system pressure test tool to pressurize the entire cooling system, a heater core will leak into the HVAC [heater, ventilation and air conditioning] box [located under the dash board]. Once coolant leaks into this box, it will either drop onto the carpeting on the passenger side front floor OR drip out the condensate tube [where the A/C condensate water leaks out under the truck] The condensate tube is a rubber pipe located on the lower end of the passenger side firewall.
Leakage into the passenger carpet [most common place for it to leak] will appear as a wet carpet.
If heater core replacement is required, do yourself a favor. Buy and install a new A/C evaporator [located in the HVAC box with the heater core] at the same time. This is a big job to do. No sense replacing the heater core now, only to have the A/C evaporator fail next summer, forcing you to repeat all that labor [8 hours for a pro mechanic who knows what he is doing].

Where the computer engine in a 2000 ford expedition

a '97 XLT with the 4.6 ECU is located on the passenger side by the fuel & air suspension cut-off switchs. It is just in front of the passenger side front door mounted to that fender - its not to hard to find once you know what you are looking for and if you use a flashlight.

have the AC evaporator (found under the dash) inspected. It may need cleaning or the drains may have fallen out of place.
