The batery is located in the right side finder. You have to pull the wheel and you will see the cover for it toward the front of the car behind the head lite. its not fun. Good luck

SOURCE: AC Wont charge after replacing components

low side should never read 110 means it was overcharged. normal readings are about 30-50 lbs on the low side. the pressure switch reads high and low if the pressure gets high it turns on the compressor low shuts it off however the high side also has a pressure switch if it gets too high it shuts off the compressor. **** down the system and pull it into a vacumn start the vehicle and put the ac on full blast. then charge it with freon on. no matter what the ac system will take some freon to turn on the compressor. but make sure that expansion valve is the right one that matches up to the old valve there are too many valves that dodge has made that part stores get them mixed up with another vehicle that has different features.

SOURCE: 99 Chrysler Concorde electrical problem

probably a relay. relays control switching of power from one compound circuit to another. because you have multiple circuits that are not working, this sounds likely. get a wiring schematic and find out which relay controls that system, then try replacing it.

If its not blowing air then you may want to try a new blower motor if it is blowing air then you probably need a new thermostat

Where is the heater blower resistor and relays on a 1998 chrysler concorde Lxi

on the left side of the steering wheel, remove the plastic circular shape that your door touches when it is closed. your door must be open to remove. there you will find the heater fuse and many more.

2001 Chry. T&C LXI 3.8V6 w/ Auto system. 05/2010 front fan stopped blowing, replaced Front Blower Motor Resistor (behind glove bx) and back to normal on all settings. Yesterday, front blower stopped...

Very common for switch to fail and take resistor with it. Recommend testing switch with ohmmeter to make sure it makes only one connection per setting. Let me know if you have questions.
