There is a Fuse for this either in the Panel inside the Car or inside theFuse Relay Box under the Hood. Let me know if you need more Help! Please Rate my Response, I need all the Help I can get! Thanks!

I have a 2001 impala so this may or may not help but the rear defog relay is on the passenger side dash next to the door Also the rear defog breaker is in the same place.

If there is a scratch across any of the little lines on the rear window all or part of the defroster will not work. It could also be a bad relay not allowing enough power to the rear.
