SOURCE: 1997 astro misses at 50-60 mph with steady pedal

This sounds like a partially blocked fuel injector. Easy fix is to run a bottle of STP or some other type of fuel injector cleaner to the gas tank. You should see some improvement within 100 miles of driving. More costly but faster is take the car to a shop that cleans fuel injectors. Hope this helps

Driving down the highway, both engine lights came on and lost the accelerator, the truck is running but when I press the gas pedal nothing happens

need to hook scanner see what codes are , cause all cars are drive by wire instead of cable, so u have accelerator sensors on your pedal and electric throttle body

On the highway at higher speeds the car starts to sputter then the ses light which is on already starts to flash, but if you let of the gas then ease the gas once again you are able to accelerate. Only...

you have an engine miss, any time the check engine light starts flashing the engine is missing, should be an easy fix sounds like either a bad spark plug or a bad plug wire if you have the codes checked there should be a code telling you what cylinder is missing, but if i were you i would tune up the engine all new plugs and wires and filters......GOOD LUCK

First you need to find out how the water is getting inside. It could be as simple as the bulb socket is not fully tight, or the gasket between the socket and the reflector housing is damaged or missing. Or, the housing could have a crack in it.

The spare tire well is pooling water, check there. GM knows about it, but won't say it's a factory defect. Sorry, I'm in the same boat you are. See here:
