No idea to be honest as iam a europeon mechanic ,please try a direct question to emmisionwix as he is a ford dealer fitter and i would imagine he would know exactly and no doubt can tell you exactly what parts can be changed ,although i would assume that providing its the same engine then use all your existing parts on the newer build engine and will all work as i cannot see any reason why not if your parts are fitted to this newer engine as the block and pistons will all be the same only the ancilleries will be different

SOURCE: 1994 J30 Alternator

Should not be a problem. Your engine is the VG30DE, which is the same engine in the 90-96 non-turbo 300ZX. On those cars, the alternators were all interchangeable, so I see no problem with using an alternator from a different model year than your car.

SOURCE: exchanging infiniti j30 parts

I've only had experience with struts, running lights, trunk gaskets and various under-hood brackets; so far everything has been interchangeable. It may not look EXACTLY the same, but it fits. Hope it helps!

My 1994 ford mustang blew a head gasket. I am having a hard time finding a 3.8 liter v6 engine. Is there another size engine that can be interchanged?

Well, it also came with a V-8. One of those would probably be a lot cheaper. There shouldn't be a lot of extra work in making the change over, and as long as you don't go all crazy you can still get decent mileage from them.

Can i use a transmission from a 95 ford mustang 5.0 on a 95 ford mustang 3.8?

There's a chance that it could bolt up without any trouble, but the transmission for the v6 won't be as strong as the one for the v8 and it probably won't hold up for very long.

1995-96 Isuzu Rodeo transmission swapable?

No they are not compatible. They changed the crank between 95 and 96. I have a 96 that needed an engine swap and the dealer that I bought it from was paying for the engine, he bought a 95 engine and after a month of trying the mechanic said no way no how, the crank between the two is different.
