Batteries on my camry azura 2003

On Monday after filling up my petro, i could not started my car. People at the station sugested the batteres had died. I have bought a battery at the station (the oxide 55D23C) and replaced. My car then started and run ok. But today (Thursday, 3 days later) on the way to work i saw the battery light on the dask board is on. Is there some thing wrong with my new battery ( not the right battery type??) or the problem is somthing else???

With the engine running disconnect the battery cable. If the engine quits that tells you that the alternator is not working. If the engine continues to run then the alternator is good.

The radio will not play after installing a new batter, why?

After installing a new battery, lots of things need to be reset.
All the stations you were tuned to will have been lost - I suggest you start by checking the connections to the radio, and trying to re-tune to your stations. If that fails, check the fuse

Problem with the 2006 Toyota Camry xli -Since I had the car battery replaced, my keyless entry does not work.self running engin not working-remote not working

if you did not put a 9v plug into the cig. lighter befor you remove the battery then you will need to have the computer re flashed. any vehicle maurfactured after 2003 you half to feed constent current to the computer of it looses basic memory but the car will start in most cases but remote and lux iteams will not as it loses memeory when batter is removed thats why you use a 9 v in cig liter to back feed the comuter. hope this helps you

2003 camry had desd battery, I charged it now the car has a low very rough idel and stalls.129000 miles

if nothing was wrong other than a low battery or dead battery you will need to drive the car to get the sensors to relearn. Your complaint is very common after a battery issue.

Toyota radio code

Johnny5486:

Emissionwiz is correct, but, his information is for older Model Camrys.

The 2003 "factory-installed" radios in the Camry product line does not have an anti-theft feature, and, because of having no anti-theft feature, there is no reactivation code. If you have a dead battery, the only thing you will lose regarding the radio functions would be the radio stations that you programmed into the memory. The radio will function properly after a dead battery is replaced with no issues.

2003 Camry Speedometer reads 150 mph constantly.

i would disconnect the battery again let it sit for 15 minutes, i changed an alternator and jumped the car then started driving and that happened to me, 20 minutes of driving and the computer finally kicked in and started working again. good luck
