SOURCE: how do you remove the rear seat in a chrysler 300M

Grab the bottom seat cushion at the front of one side and pull it straight up then do the same on the other side. (you will have to pull up very hard) The bottom of the seat clips in. once you have the bottom out take the 2 bolts out of the seat belt fasteners that holds the bottom of the top seat cushion. Then pull straight up on the seat cushion to slide it off two tabs that hold the top.

Neither of the seat heaters are working. I can not find the fuse for them. Can you help me? It's a 1999 300M.

The fuse box should on the dash on the drivers side. Open the drivers door and it should be there.

There is another one under the hood next to the drivers headlight.

Please see owners manual for which fuse is the heated seat fuse.

Front heated seats will not turn on. checked for fuse but cant find any labeled for front heated seats? any ideas

First, please read this article: Where's The Fuse?

In order to obtain conclusive testing of the heated seat system, the Controller Area Network (CAN) data bus system must be checked.

The most reliable, efficient and accurate means to diagnose the heated seat system requires the use of a Scan Tool and the Service and Body Diagnostic Information.

Diagnostic logic is built in to the seat module and the instrument cluster (CNN) to help the person trying to locate the problem by the most efficient means possible. Anytime a problem is suspected, a Scan Tool should be obtained and used to retrieve any stored fault codes in the heated seat module and/or instrument cluster.

Drivers heated seat not working

Hello, the element that heats the seat is a very thin element almost like aluminum foil. Over time from just entering and exiting the vehicle it can break into causing it short out. That is what I've seen the majority of the time. You can order the element for the seat and almost any upolstery shop can replace it for you. I have never seen the actual switch go bad.

2001 chrysler 300m - I need to find the fuse for the drivers side seat heat and for the charget inside the arm rest console. Might be the same fuse

If it is not in the fuse box under the dash, by the driver's legs, then it may be in the box by the battery under the hood. The fuse boxes should have legends on them, but if they don't and you don't want to start randomly removing fuses, you can buy a fuse (continuity) tester at the car parts store relatively inexspensively. This tool allows you to test fuses without removing them.

Hope this helps,
matt

Cant find fuse for electric seata for a 2001 pt cruiser

Heater or moving the seat?
Under hood there is the Power distribution center and there is big fuse nr4.
That feed power to Cabin fuse box.
Fuse nr.6 (10A) is for heated seat.
Fuse 17 (15A) is for power seat.
