Question about 1997 Chrysler Sebring
The seat belt noise issue is possibly related to the sensor box under the front seat that they are all connected to. Also controls the airbag light and 'ding' warning for that. Cost is about $300-$400 to replace.

Look at spending around 200-400 dollars to replace all the lines, and possibly calipers or wheel cylinders if the bleeder screws are rusted out also.

Drill holes for the mounting points and use large fender washers for reinforcement. Much better is to weld in some reinforcing plates (make sure their corners are rounded, not sharp), then drill the holes.Be sure your mounting hole goes into the body sheet metal
