Sorry our owners manuals which contain the fuse info only go back to the 1993 model year.

SOURCE: Serpentine Belt

Generally there is a sticker under the hood, showing belt routing. If not, get a cheap (usually under $20) manual... not only will you learn belt routing, but tips on tensioner adjustment, necessary to replace belt. Even a cheap manual includes lots of stuff you may need to know in the future!

I OWN A 1998 BUICK REGAL AN THE WINDOWS AN RADIO STOPED WORKING OUT OF THE BLUE, I BELIEVE THERE IS A SHORT BECASUE OCCASIONALLY THE WINDOWS AN RADIO WOULD STOP WORKING AN THEN WORK AGAIN, WE HAVE CHECKED...

I am going to explain something rather weird and some people will even say what's the difference. In your case it would be all thwe difference in the world. A "short" in a car will cause fuses to blow. An intermittent open in a car will cause things to operate only when they gt power. You have an open. There are more things wrong with the car you just haven't noticed them. The accessory position on your key feeds several spots on your fuse panel and in some cases is even split to feed multiple spots on the fuse panel. Take a piece of wire and run it from your battery positive to your radion fuse on the radio side. Pull the radion fuse, turn on the key, and check which side of the fuse socket has power. The one that doesn't is the radio side. Pu the wire there. radio should start working now. Cut this wire. The next time your radio dies, tie this wire together to see if the radio comes back on. Start there.

Buick riviera power antenna no go up. where is the relay? fuse checks ok for radio. any other checks you recomend?

Check all the fuses there as an issue with 80's GM vehicles where things were fed by two circuits. It's a 20 amp fuse, I just cant remember what circuit it is. Check all the yellow ones.

Blew fuse on windshield wipers. Changed fuse by door. Still did not operate. What next?

it is an electric motor that runs your wipers. if you blew a fuse it 1. has a short in the wires or 2 the motor is bad.

Replaced A 60am Fuse ,Ran For Two Days. Car Died and now i have no electrial juice to the whole car. suspect fuseable link.

You may be correct about the fusible link. Replacing a blown fuse without finding and repairing the reason it blew only leads to more problems and possible severe damage to wiring harnesses. Fuses are NEVER the CAUSE of an electrical problem. Blown fuses are ALWAYS the RESULT of an electrical problem. I would recommend taking the vehicle to someone who has access to the wiring diagrams and the proper equipment necessary to repair your electrical system. A blown 60 Amp fuse is nothing to play with. That fuse gave up it's life to stop your vehicle from burning to the ground. Please don't make it die in vain...car fires are never pretty!
