The fuse for the pump is not listed separately, but check the following fuses, one of them likely runs the pump, if none are blown be aware that the electric motors in these pumps are very prone to failure after this may years of operation, also the pump only runs when the engine is cold to help burn off HC gases.
Here is the fuse list: Fuse 7E in the drivers side fuse box, in the passenger side fuse box check fuse 5. I would suggest you buy a $4.00 12 volt test light to run these tests, do the testing with the key in the run position.

There is not a pump for the evap emissions system.

There is a purge solenoid, a vent solenoid, and a charcoal canister.

The vent solenoid gets power from the fuse labeled MISC. ENG in the instrument panel fuse block.

SOURCE: 2005 LeSabre check engine light on due to evaporative emissions

Finding a leak in these emission systems is almost impossible.
All it takes is a pin hole in a hose to screw up the whole system.
The best way to find the leak is to take and have a smoke test done on it. Smoke is injected into the system and where ever the leak is , the smoke will leak out of it. It's faster and more reliable then replacing hoses and other things you don't need. Call dealers, or repair shops to see who does smoke tests.

How do you replace 98 Buick century evap emission control system

If you are getting a code saying that there is a problem with your evaporative emission control system, it is often related to the gas cap. In many cases replacing the gas cap will fix the problem.

I can't find the steering pump reservoir on a 1998 Buick LeSabre Custom...any clues? Repair manuals show it near firewall on passenger side, next to A/C condenser, but mine doesn't have anything there.

A/C condenser sit next to radiator, I think you talking about A/C evaporator which sit by firewall, look for power steering pump pulley, reservoir sit right on top of it, get a flash light and look between firewall and engine on passenger side you will see the p/s pump reservoir cap way down there, will be hard to get to, you'll need a funnel to fill pump.Good luck
