Question about 1992 Chevrolet S-10 Blazer
Both driver and passenger side power windows only go down a few inches, and then a load clicking noise ensues. Power the windows back up and at the top the same loud clicking noise occurs. Motor appears to be fine, just wondering what needs to be replaced or realigned?
Replace the units as the clutches have gone home to roost ,tempory solution is try putting some oil down the runners as the material that the runners are made with goes funny after a long time especially in the sun so a bit of lubrication helps the glass slide easier .a silicon spray is the advisable but it sort of disappears after a short time but a nice old fashioned oil can work a miracle
