Remove the housing around the steering column and look underneath. There are two flashers. Replace the one on the right.

Under hood, driver side, front engine area, below cylinder head, where engine meets transaxle housing mounted in block

you can try your emergency flasher switch and make sure its completely off, sometimes that switch will interfere with turn signal operation, just an idea
