Question about 2005 Ford Escape
I got in my car after doing the thing to reset your seat belt so it doesn't go crazy when your not wearing, by doing the clicking and unclicking thing. Going down the road I notice my 4wd light blinking is this connected to the seat belt thing????
The 4WD module gets info from the ABS module, so when one has a fault, it affects the other. First I suggest inspect the front ABS sensor indicator rings an the axles and scanned the ABS module to know if some fault code is there. They are known for breaking, and possible damage could occur to front abs sensor. Repair the sensor issue and both lamps should go out.
Hope this helps; also keep in mind that your feedback is important and I`ll appreciate your time and consideration if you leave some testimonial comment about this answer.
Thank you for using FixYa, have a nice day.
