Infiniti qx4 2001, 3.5l. mechanic is unsure of reason to engine sound. Only details is 3x errors (#P0135, #P1140 & P1145) and no/low oil pressure to top part of engine even at 2000rph. Any ideas?

code p 1140 refers to camshaft variable valve timing sensor, bank 1range performance problem===causes---wiring, camshaft variable timing sensor--ECM
code p 1145 is the same but on bank 2
I came across a site 350z-uk.com which is a forum page that explains that oil pressure problems were attritubited to a failed gasket in the timing cover
I suggest you read this as the fault codes indicate a lack of oil pressure rather than a sensor problem as what you have stated
It is a problem in that the gasket was paper and after a perios blew out and now the replacement gasket is re-enforced by nissan to prevent further problems

What's code po 335 on a 2006 nissan 350z

Code 335 is for a problem with the crank sensor. It could be a faulty sensor, the object the sensor reads, or the wiring from the sensor back to the computer.

My window on my 2004 nissan 350z is having an intermittent prob going up and down

Unfortunately the sensor is going bad in the unit. You should be able to find a sensor on ebay or craigslist for fairy cheap. From what I have seen they are easily replaced.

Car will idle but there is no response when

This car uses "drive by wire" technology and uses a sensor to measure gas pedal movement. This sensor the transmits the info to the engine. So there is no mechanical throttle cable. You might have a bad accelator pedal sensor or it could have a loose wire. Take a look under the dash at the pedal and see if you can locate the sensor and verify it is still connected.

Po340 code will not start occasionally then engine light comes on and thats the code that shows

tht is a camshaft sensor code. you probablyhave a sensor just starting to go bad and when it does the truck won't start no more. if you want to look atthe wire haness going to the cam sensor and if it looks good thaan swap the cam sensor.

also if you give the size engine you have i can give you a test to do with a meter to check it. but most of the time if thevehicle is running you can't tell. it has to be broke to tet it. but to re assure you i istall alot of cam sensor nd also crank sensor. so it is a very common problem...goodluckand ask any more question you have.
