The Fuel pump relay is in the Power Distribution Box under the hood, it is relay K. If it is the fuse then fuse 17 in the PDB.
It could also be the cut off switch, which is either under the dash above the brake pedal or behind the passenger kick panel

Go to this website and pick owners manual put in your information then open the owners manual link then look at fuse panel details starting on page 106. This way you can download the entire owners manual.

Engine Compartment fuse panel ( driver's side fender ) relay 301. Layout with numbers should be on the lid ( numbers only, not the functions ).

there is a relay for the fuel pump beside the air filter on my 91 f150 4x4 4.9L i6 300 I am having having problems with fuel pump also. hope this helps!
