Not sure what remote you're talking about try being more specific we're not mind readers here.

If you're talking about your key chain remote that works your locks, it's probably got a dead battery. get a screw driver and pop it apart, go to walmart and look for the numbers on that battery and match them to a new battery.

Issue with 2 way FCC NAHRLED4 05-A remote starter starting on its own???

It could be something as simple as a loose connection, or a bad brain. Have a tech look at it. Not something I would reccommend for the do-it-yourselfer. You could really damage a critical component in your vehicle.

Programming keyless entry key fob for 2000 chevy

you need to call the nearest chevy dealer with you vin, and get the part number from them, there are 2 numbers on the back of the remote, see if they match what the dealer tells you. Have an automotive locksmith program, should cost about 75.00 to do.

Hi. Do you what the FCC ID is for the Nissan Versa (Tiida) 2006. I am trying to purchase a new keyless remote. Thanks. RJ

I believe that with most keyless entry systems, you must buy the remote specific to Nissan Versas, and then either take it to a dealer to have them program your in-car receiver to understand the new remote signal, or download the instructions and add it yourself. FCC ID should have absolutely bearing on this.

Why not go on

There you will get it. I got one for my Galant and it works great.

Good luck.

But even if you pick the one available, it makes no difference. It will be programmed for your car. They are mostly universal.

'99 chevy tracker power locks work intermittently

You might thing about either taking the remote apart and cleaning the contacts. Or get a new remote of ebay (make sure to check the FCC ID and IMED ID of the back of the old remote to make sure they match the new remote)

You will also need the instruction on how to program (usually the seller on Ebay will provide these free of charge if you ask for them upfront)
