Craig, Sorry to tell you that this unit will not work for your application. Your vehicles computer controls require a input and ooutput speed sensor signals to determine shift points. Without the input speed sensor signal the computer will assume its failed and go into limpin mode where it locks in 2nd gear and will not shift. This unit has baiscly identical except for yours that you remvoed is fully electronic as the used unit you have is partially electronic and hydro.
Sorry Man,Hope I answered your question

P0431 is Warm Up Catalyst Efficiency Below Threshold (Bank 2). What is happening is this....the O2 sensor downstream of the Catalytic Converter is detecting the Converter is not working as efficiently as it should be (according to your cars specifications). 3 main causes of this is 1.) Defective O2 Sensor (which in your case elminates this one) 2.) Catalytic Converter is no longer functioning properly. or 3.) There is an exhaust leak. You will not notice any driveablitiy problems, however, you may get a rough/hard idle when its cold out. I would take your car to an exhaust shop and have them do a free exhaust system inspection. Alot of places like Midas/Mieneke Car Center/Monroe Muffler to name a few do these checks for free. Thanks for Using FixYa!

You cant just change out the bulb. Also they are a strip of LED's and not bulbs so it comes as 1 piece. Your better off buying a new mirror, unless you have warranty.

SOURCE: 88 chevy no fuel
yes you can check it at the battery. but only for maybe 3 seconds or just long enough to hear it spin. there is only 1 fuel pump on that truck. if it is bad..... Please do not waste your time and effort by putting in the cheapest pump you can find. NAPA is the ONLY place that sells a pump that will last a long time. My buddy bought 1 from advance auto and had to replace it 6 months later. He went back to advance for the second one. 9 monthes later he had to replace it again.... THEN he went to NAPA and its been 3 years with no problems. Oh yeah it's a good idea to always replace the fuel filter at the sametime you put in a new pump. it's like 8 bucks.
