Question about 1989 Ford Festiva
Heater has hot air flow when in the defrost and floor position. No hot air output in the dash position, although cool air does flow out the dash vents. When in the combined dash / floor position, hot air flows out the floor vent and cool air out the dash vents.
The climate control was poorly designed on these cars.
There is only heat on the floor and defrost settings, due to the layout of the ductwork.
