Question about Cars & Trucks
If it is a fuse, could you clarify which one to look for.
Normally they are fed power off the same fuse as the wipers. If I new the Year, make, model, and engine size I wouldbe able to help you better!

SOURCE: Windscreen washer problem
Go and invest in a 12 volt test light. They can be purchased at any parts store. Attach alligator clip of light to a good (any) ground. Have someone activate the washer pump while you pierce the wire with the ice pick end of the test light. One wire is the ground the other is the 12 volt feed to the pump. The ground wire will be black or brown. You might want to just check both wires. If voltage is present the pump motor is bad and will need to be replaced. If there is no voltage you have an open circuit between the fuse and pump motor. Run the test first and let me know what you find.
