Yes new gas shocks on the lift gate will fix your problem. I had the same problem on my 2005 Pacifica and when it hit my head- I came up with the solution.

either get a 40%/60% to 60%/40% mix blend and you should be fine. their is really no correct blend as long as their is at least 20% more fluid to water % fluid to water, you will be fine.

if you check in your owners manual in the glove box it will have pics of all the warning lights on your dash,but that one you showed is a low tire.

(10) Install master cylinder fluid reservoir cap.
Hope this helps...I know it's extremely difficult to find manuals for these cars. These instructions are straight out of the factory service manual.
