Front wheels making noise

The front left wheel is making a ticking noise. Was wondering if you think it is the rack and pinion.

the steering lines fittings are different sizes it could be the sensor however make sure all the air is bleed out of the system first. to do this with the engine running turn the steering wheel full left and full right until you hear no noise then check the steering fluid level and repeat as needed.

Front end creaking noise

Have your rack and pinion steering unit checked. Here is a very good video that will help you understand rack and pinion. The creaking noise is likely from the grease in the joints that pivot when you turn your wheels.

Go to another mechanic and check out the wheel bearings and wheel nuts as the first mechanic would have fixed any problems the first time around.

I put on a new power steering pump and now it seems like the lines have air in them and there is lots of bubbles in the reservoir and it makes a louder noise when you turn the steering wheel.

You just need to purge the air out. Shut it off, top up reservoir, if possible raise front wheels. If not let fluid settle, turn wheel from side to side as much as possible. Start engine and turn from stop to stop 4-5 times. It will eventually subside and purge the air. Just make sure the pump doesn't run low on fluid.

Power steering noise on turning; noticed no power

Check the ends of your rack & pinion for signs of a leak. If a leak is present, replace the rack & pinion. If no leaks, maybe your power steering pump is going out.

Wheel alignment is probably off. Almost any garage can fix it with reasonable price (~50$).
