Check output speed sensor located on the bottom of the driver side u should be able to see it one's an input at the front and the other an output at the back.

Your syncros are going out. Try matching revs and you might get it into each gear okay, but get them checked. They'll be in the top of the tranny.

It can. Take it into a reliable but cheap shop. I tend to find the best rates are at the guys who don't specialize and are in backwater shops. They get a bad rap as not reputable but those of us who frequent them know otherwise. They're often great deals. Stay away from transmission specialists and dealerships for sure.

My 2012 Chevy Silverado 4.3 liter 2wd drive has a clunk in the rear end and a rough idle no check engine light on

Hi Josh:
Sounds like you're dealing with 2 separate problems.
It's possible that the clunk in the rear end could be driveshaft universal, incorrect gear alignment in differential, or worn/loose suspension linkage bushings. It's a matter of checking all components to find the problem. WORK SAFE. Work with the vehicle on a hoist or on jack stands.
ROUGH IDLE? Check spark plugs. Try adding some carb/injector cleaner to the gas and going for a drive. (After you've found the clunk.

After sitting in garage unused for 2 weeks 2008 gmc sierra 2wd starts fine, but ABS light stays on, in D clunks into gear then check engine light came on. 18000 miles. had no issues when parked

That is really low mileage for issues but clunking into gear is a symptom of a bad universal joint on your drive shaft. Does it clunk in D and R?

2005 Dodge Grand Caravan 3.3L, hear clunking near right side of vehicle while in drivers seat facing forward. More pronounced over bumps, large or small as if something is not mated properly or...

check the stabilizer bar bushings and the stabilizer bar links. They are very common to wear out and cause clunks over bumps. In an open area and just barely moving turn the wheel to the left and right fast and far enough to get the whole vehicle rocking back and forth. If you hear it under these conditions than it is 99% of the time either the links or the bushings.

Just a piece of advice: could be the oil which lubricates the gears. Try changing your engine oil, maybe it has gotten a little too old and lost its lubricating properties.
