    I normally don't respond to one liner posting, but since you asked for me specifically:

    If the doors are locked, you don't get in.
    If they aren't, you do but the scenery won't change.

You can purchase a new igition switch at any parts store... just request the cylender and key set

Check to make sure you're getting power to the coil when the key is turned. You may need a new ignition switch.

have a look at the ignition switch, the electirc switch on the column, not the key part. also check connections at starter and ground at engine ,make sure there thight and not cororaded.

Possibly the switch at the bottom of the steering column, that the rod pulls on. May be loose, or worn out.

Have a 1985 chevy blazer k5, and all of a sudden it wont start... no spark!!! replaced ignition module and coil, but still same problem......somebody help please!


Check the ignition switch located under the dash on the steering column. Check to see if you hear an electric switch go on when you first turn the key on.
