Here is a link to your owners manual at Fords web site, download it and look on page 22 for the procedure to set the clock.

Drivers side interior door panel for 01 mustang gt convertible. How do the switches attach to the panel when replacing them. Right now mine aren't attached it appears broken

This is a common problem, the switch bezel detached from the upper switch panel. You can use epoxy to re-attach or you can purchase from a Mustang parts seller. (CJ Pony parts or late model restoration)
FYI The convertible switch panel isn't the same as a coupe.

'97 mustang coupe driver's window switch to raise passenger window isn't working. what are the possible reasons and are there any I can take care of?

if it raises the window from the passenger side switch, then its not the motor, i would look into replacing the switch on the driver door, and make sure all wiring is in tact

Loose gas cap can set the emission control light to come on. Your Mustang is till under warranty, so when you get a chance. Bring it back to the dealer to ensure that it's not a major issue.

My 05 v6 mustang coupe 44,000 miles. the cd

I had this problem in my 05 GT at about 50K miles, and had to get the stereo replaced. (It was covered by my extended warranty.) They have to send the old unit back to the factory to get the CDs out but will get them back to you when in a week or 2.
