Question about 1999 Porsche Boxster
Are you supposed to wait till the countdown is over to crank the car or do you do it before it ends? Why does it do this?
Hi Tyler- The countdown happens when you turn the ignition switch to the "On" position without turning the engine over. It (the countdown) is for the oil level display. Once the countdown is complete, the digital oil level indicator will tell you how much oil is in the case. You do not need to wait for the countdown to reach 0:00 to start your car.
