Where is the windshield wiper and turning signals connection located?

The turn signal/wiper multifunction switch controls are contained in the switch assembly. The wiring to both is plugged into the back of the switch inside the steering column covers. These switches have a high failure rate.

Problem with electric on chrysler 300, turn signals and wipers wont come on, traction control kicks off and on.

Sounds like your turn signal/wiper switch on the side of your steering column is having problems. Like you said, it could very well be your computer. There is no way to reset the computer without the right software tools. I would try wiggling the switch to see if you can get it to work momentarily, if they work for a split second, then you know your switch is bad.

Turn signals are not working at all, all bulbs are fine, fuses are all good, high beams work, wipers work, just nothing happens when you turn the turn signals on

This sounds like the flasher unit is defective. They are usually located adjacent to the steering column up under the dash. They can be purchased at any auto parts store and simply unplug the old one and plug in a new one. It could be the turn signal switch, but the most likely culprit is the flasher unit. Good luck and I hope this helps you out.
