Question about 1990 Chevrolet K1500
1990 1500 silverado TBI 350. auto. acts like there is no choke or choke affect when cold, have to hold gas open a little bit to start then wont idle properly until it reaches operating temperature
I'll check it out,but it starts this when i have been on the road for a while. If i put it on cruise control it does not happen? I have a Dodge Stratus.

Most likely the coolant temperature sensor for the vehicle computer. Secondly, could be the tps sensor "throttle position sensor" not registering correctly or perhaps lots of other things but most likely the coolant temp sensor.
