No, don't remove head light. Pop the hood and pull the rubber grommet from the back of the headlight. there should be a harness attached to the back side of the bulb and if you feel around you should feel a small aluminum ring/clip that goes around back of harness plug. this clip pulls out and up. If your facing the hood the release for this clip should be on the right side of the harness. Next, disconnect the harness from the plug ( easier to do with small flat head screw driver). Then slighty twist and pull out light bulb assembly. It should come out with a plug on the end which might confuse you at first when comparing it to your replacement bulb which is a H7. This bottom piece which is black needs to be disconnected from actual bulb itself. You can gently pry the two apart with a small flat head screw driver. What ever you do don't touch the new replacement bulb with your fingers or get dirt or oil on the bulb. It's a halogen bulb and any oily substance especially human sweat and contact with hands will cause the bulb to actually cook and burn out over time when light is on. To install just do the same in reverse. Don't be a cheapscape, buy the $1.00 contact grease they sell you at the auto parts store. Apply this to the pins of the bulb and the socket it sits in.

From the engine compartment, unlock the 3 tabs that are over the headlight housing area. Remove the cover and unscrew the plastic ring that has the wires protruding from it. Carefully pulls the light fixture out of the housing. Pull the 2 L-shaped tabs up and remove the lens section. Reverse the steps to re-install the headlight. If replacing the full turn signal housing, unscrew 2 screws from each light , disconnect bulb wiring and remove. Replace accordingly.
Really easy. Behind the headlight there is a retainer clip, usually white, but can be black, pull that up one notch but not all the way out. The headlight should push out. If not, lift on that a bit more until it does. Remove the rubber gromet that houses the bulb by turning a bit and pull out. Replace your new bulb. dont touch the light itself and if you do by chance clean with alcohol. Replace the headlight assembly and push the clip dowm until it snaps into place. There should be instructions in the owners manual on that as well if you need any assistance. Hope this helps and if you would, rate my answer to let me know if I was of any help. Thanks and good luck
Just change the bulb from the rear of the headlight assembly. Should be a nylon socket with a squeeze clip lock thing on it. Squeeze, turn, pull. Pull the old bulb out, and push the new one in without touching the glass part with bare fingers. The natural oil on your fingers will cause premature bulb failure.
First you disconnect the 3 prong electric plug. To disconnect squeeze the side tabs together (hard) and pull away from the bulb, then you can pull off the protective rubber covering, (its a little snug so give it a tug from the 2 tabs on the top and bottom).
Next unscrew the little Phillips head screw to loosen the bracket that clips in the bulb (take note of how the clip is installed before you remove it, it holds the bulb securely in place). Just loosen the screw as you do not need to remove it all the way. Pull out the old bulb and replace it with the new one.
The bulb has 3 spacing tabs on it so it can only go in one way. Make note of this when you remove it so you may replace it the same way. follow the steps in reverse and your done. Note: The little wire clip that holds the bulb in can be a pain. Make sure you get a really good look at it, since it pops out as soon as you loosen the screw. If you get lost, you can always look at the other headlight. Oh, and don't do this in the dark.
First locate the two guides or holders located behind headlight. Gently push on the front of the headlight as you pull the two guides out. This should allow headlight assembly to come out. Unscrew the round nut from back of headlight and pull bulb out. Be sure not to touch the new bulb.
you have to unscrew the round white houseing on the back of the head light assembly and then reach inside the headlight and pull the clip out then the bulb and wires come right out i know its a pain in the a#@ to get your hand in there but your only other choice is take the whole headlight assembly out and that is an even bigger project also the clip holding it in is kinda like a U clip and the bottom is attached so dont pull it out completly it kinda justs pivits itself out of your way
