Take a standerd 12v test light take the clip and ground it anywhere then take the test light and touch the top of the fuse it has two sides on it touch each one if one side lights up and one doesn't it's bad both should light of remember to turn key on and headlights before doing this that way you can check them all its realy simple hope this helps
interior fuse box lower dash drivers side the lid will give the fuse location etc . the rear 'lighter socket ' is usually for 12v auxillary input lead ie tyre compressor , unless it had a lighter in it, don't use this as a lighter socket as will blow fuse , the same may be for the front as most cars i've seen post 2008 dont have cigarette lighter's only 12v AUX sockets . check with your drivers handbook
On the 2002 GA the cigarette lighter is mini-fuse # 34. This is also referred to as the "accessory power outlets".It's a yellow twenty amp fuse located in the underhood fuse box. Open the box, find the fuse, remove it and replace it.In the fuse box under the hood, marked AUX PWR/CIGAR..... Its 20 amps.---------If you need the fuse location diagram and cigarette lighter wiring diagram ,then click the link below:---http://technoanswers.blogspot.com/2011/10/where-is-cigarette-lighter-fuse-located_10.html
This should help.Thanks.Helpmech.
All the fuses are 12V in your car. I am assuming you mean the fuse for the cigarette lighter and auxilliary power outlet. It is fuse #20 in the rear fuse block. It is marked "CIG/AUX". It should be a blue 20 Amp fuse.
