Have you checked the cyl compression yet? If the compression is too low, it will not fire even if you have air, gas and good spark and properly timed. Ford recommends a minimum of 101 psi, but the truck should run (quite roughly I might add) on 85 psi.

Have fire and gas. airflow seems to have reversed. Intake pushing air out, any ideas.

If you know for a fact the timing belt is ok and cam timing is correct, I would say its a stuck or bent intake valve or two.
My first guess would be a damaged timing belt tho.

Check the ignition timing as it appears that the firing order is wrong. Make sure that the cam shaft is turning as it could be the belt broken

My CAR WONT START AND IT SEEMS TO HAVE SPark and gas crANKING OVER GOOD BUT WONT FIRE.

THE TIMING BELT MAY BE DAMAGED OR BROKEN. REMOVE DISTRIBUTOR CAP, WATCH ROTOR WHILE TURNING ENGINE. IF THE ROTOR ISN'T TURNING, TIMING BELT IS BAD.

It seems you have a timing problem. Have the engine timed properly. If that does not work it could be a craked rotor or distributor cap. have all these checked.
