SOURCE: 2004 escalade ac problem

The AC blend door must be sticking, this is caused by the blend door motor, or in some cases a warped door that sticks, to fix this you will have to pull the dash and test the operation of the blend door which is in the AC ducting plenum chamber.

SOURCE: Cadillac Escalade Electrical Problem, Heated Seats, Power Mirrors

Dumb question, are you sure you are using the driver one remote? Being a car dealer, some installers will power the unit to certain fuses and some times this can cause issues. He may have told you 30 but most of these guys really don;t know and they are taught once and never really know if it is a problem from car to car. It sounds like a power failure of some sort causing it to reprogram itself to original specs. I went to a NTB for a battery change and I too had some issues and to my luck the guy was a GM tech at one point. So he was able to give me a few tips. Now you may not have this luck but Maybe call a few local shops like this and ask them if the have any GM techs you can run and issue by. You would be suprised where some of these guys have come from. Especially with the layoffs and need to work, anywhere....
Hoepfully this helps.

FRONT HEATED SEATS

you need to check the resistance in each of the heated seat elements in the seat. There's a two wire connector under the back of each front seat. The connector should be green. disconnect it and measure the resistance along the circuit going into the seat. if it isnt .1 - .3 ohms, replace the appropriate heated seat element

The front heated seats on my 2005 Cadillac Escalade ESV stopped working and I can't find the fuse that controls these

a relay controls the heated seats then linked to a circuit breaker instead. the relay is more than likely the problem
