It may be the PCM. I have a similar problem with my 2004 and from what I have been reading it is common on the 04's to do this. From what I understand the PCM needs to be reflashed by the dealer or someone like A helpful site is also. Before you run to the dealer (last resort) take the throttle body off and clean it. You can't clean it well without taking it off and either or a haynes manual will guide you through it. Make sure you disconnect the battery negative terminal while you are doing this for 30 minutes. This will make the truck have to relearn the new clean idle. I did it myself, I also replace the spark plugs. The spark plugs helped a little but I still get occasional hesitation at initial take off. The truck stalled on my wife the other day also.

Sounds like you have a bad injector, have your fuel injectors checked.

that is strange. for the ABS has its own relay and so does the heater blower motor. they do not share the same outlet , I would check the wire at the bottom of the fuse box

Idle and stalling

Here is the most common cause of surges and stalls and low idle rough idle, it is the idle speed control air-bypass valve and throttle valve (IAC for short), they get full of gunk over the miles and cause idle issues (stalls, low idle) like yours, Get a can of intake cleaner from any local parts store, not carb spray, intake cleaner, it is made by a company called CRC, remove the air intake hose to the engine, hold the idle high so the engine won't stall, then spray the can of cleaner into the intake while keeping the engine running, use at least 1/2 the can, shut down the engine and disconnect the battery for 5 minutes, then restart and complete a number of mixed driving cycles, town, freeway, stop and go etc., after a few days the problem will go away as the system will relearn to the clean intake.
