Run a small propane bottle with a rubber hose to areas to find leak. May show up only when engine hot. Engine rpm should increase rpm at source of intake vacuum leak
The code is for an intake leak, not just the EGR valve. In most cases the leak is the hose to the valve cover or one of the hoses to one of the sensors is damaged. Check the hoses, and if you replace anything make sure you disconnect the battery to clear the memory of the computer.
All of those codes will come up as probable cause. The hand helds that auto stores use are not accurate. You need a certified mechanic with a Genesis , Snap On or a Mac scanner or the dealership. The actual problem could be causing any of these codes.
