I think you need to use your bumper to bumper warranty and take it back to the dealer. Sounds like someone has wired it wrong.

Why does horn keep honking by itself, whether in park or I'm driving it, but won't work when I try to honk it myself?

you have broken wire under your steering wheel to fix this the wheel needs to come off BUT!! you have a air bag in the steering wheel do not attempt this your self as that air bag can kill you take the car to a shop that understands the process of getting in there , what you have is a broken or bare wire in there thats why you horn blows by its self

Where is the horn(s) located on a 1999 buick lesabre custom?

It doesn't matter where you "hit" the steering wheel, both horns are wired to sound at the same time. You could have a defective horn relay, but more likely you have defective horn(s). Oh, and you'll find the horns under the hood somewhere adjacent to the engine

Horn honks when unlocking doors.

If your vehicle is equipped with a factory keyless entry system and you have the owner's manual, there should be a section in the manual describing how to change your options with your system. But if you have an aftermarket system, which I am thinking this the case, you will have to manually go into your dash under your steering wheel and cut the wire going to your horn from the security system. Once you have accessed your wiring underneath your steering wheel, there is a main harness with a bunch of wires going to the steering wheel. In this harness you will find a DARK GREEN/VIOLET small gauge wire and you should see another wire tapping into it probably coming from the security module. Just cut it off but leave the DARK GREEN/VIOLET untouched and this will eliminate the horn honks.

Where can I find my honk sensor in a 2006 Ford Focus? or How to fix my honk in a 2006 Ford focus? The honk is not working?

I believe there are 2 wires to the horn. One is power all the time, and the other is ground through the steering column wire to the horn button on the steering wheel, when it grounds out when pushed.
If it is a single wire to the horn, then there is a relay.

Keyless remote locks the doors but the horn doesn't honk.

Your lock settings were most probably changed from your remote unit. By pressing both lock and unlock keys together for around two to three seconds you can switch between silent mode and horn mode. Hooe that helps...
