Are there any machinery that would be able to test the speed, have tried a dyno does not show actual speed after 18 years would the car still be able to reach what it may have done from the factory. thanks
Should reach 180kms no problem,you have to be 18 yrs old though to drive this car and pass a two part driving test so dont try driving this car till you have passed your test .

Have you ever replaced the shocks / struts? Are you sure your tire does'nt have a bump spot or out of round? I usually will swap the tires front to back to see if the vibration or bumping moves, good way to tell if the tire is bad. I've gotten some pretty poor tires before, some do have factory flaws that will cause that. Shocks will cause that also. Sway bar pins / joints that are worn can cause that also.
