HI lisasmith566 IT is not a fuse problem .
the problem is your the CD part of the radio
must likely the cd is stock or more likely the cd drive motor is defective .
FIRST try pushing eject on radio and see CD comes out if not you need a new radio .

The fuse is on the back of the unit. You need a becker radio tool puller to remove the radio. The tools are inserted into the small slots on the sides of the radio. (example tools: My first attempt at pulling a radio from a Boxster required about 20 minutes.

You will also need to reset your radio:

1999 Porsche Carrera the radio turns on and there is no sound from speakers. What do I do to get the sound to come on.

if the radio powers on make sure it is set to an fm station by pushing the S button. then turn the knob on the left to turn the volume up. if there is still no sound it is most likely a radio gone bad or the amp has gone bad.

Radio removal instuctions for 2003 911 porsche

I am assuming that this is very similar to the Boxster. You need to used the becker radio tool remover. The key slides into the little notches in the lower far right and left sides of the radio face. The keys just release the catch, but there is nothing else you can grab to pull the unit out. I had to insert the keys and pull outward to get enough friction to remove the unit. Puller Link:
