Sounds like you either have a bad battery, or your alternator is bad. Either way, there is not enough electricity getting to the starter, and this is why it is clicking instead of cranking. Try to jump the car, and see if it starts up. If it starts up, than you know that the problem is isolated to Alternator or Battery. If both the Alternator and battery are good, then you may have a bad electrical connection from the battery to the starter.
